Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping across the 48 Contiguous US States because living life in colors has to be delivered with love instead shipping costs.

Ground shipping to other Destinations are UPS price based.

Prices to your Destination are displayed in the checkout process. 

Cancellation & Order Edits

If you just placed your order and want to cancel or edit it, please let us know immediately. We can cancel your order as long as your order has not been processed for shipment. Please note, we are usually processing orders within 24 hours! 

Due to our fast processing times, there is only a small window in which changes or cancellations can be made.

Please note that our bespoke items are excluded from this policy.

Return policy

You may return your non-damaged and unused purchase in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it.

The customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. Please contact customer service at service@collect.studio, for more information on how to proceed.

If your order has been returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, you can either request a refund minus shipping costs for the order, or we can reship the order once re-shipment costs have been paid. 

Please note that our bespoke items are excluded from this policy.

 

Non-returnable items

Customized and personalized items, such as bespoke products are generally excluded of return.

If you have a non-returnable item that arrived damaged or defective please contact customer service at service@collect.studio .


Incorrect or Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please contact customer service at service@collect.studio, within 6 days of delivery to let us know.

We will refund or replace any item that arrived damaged. The original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product. Please send photos of the incorrect or damaged merchandise and packaging for our reference.



Lost & Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact customer service at service@collect.studio.

Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
